Ranges

The club has 6 ranges that are available for use throughout the year. The ranges are only open when an RSO is present. All RSO times are posted on the club calendar. Availability is first come first served, we do not accept reservations. Members may come whenever an RSO is present and the club has public hours, also posted on the calendar and subject to RSO availability. During the week the club is closed for private use.

Eye and Ear Protection is mandatory while on any range (except during called cease-fires)

All shooters must read and be familiar with the Range Safety Rules

Trap Range

TrapRange

Shotguns only (#7 ½ through #9, lead shot only) on the trap range

We have five trap fields with lights for night shooting. All of the trap houses contain automatic Beomat trap machines. All trap machines are equipped with voice-activated pullers. Each machine will throw both American and Continental trap. The machines in houses one and two will also throw Doubles. The trap machines are only available during public shooting hours.

Patterning Board

The patterning board is a quarter inch steel sheet covered with grease containing pigment. When shot with a shotgun, the grease is displaced by the pellets. The hits show as black spots on the board. This is a great place to pattern your shotgun.

Archery Range

The archery range is open to all, during daylight hours. Please do not use broad heads or crossbows on our targets. A $5 donation is requested of non-members.

There are 4 covered bays with 7 targets ranging from 15 yards out to 65 yards. Firearms are not allowed on the archery range.
